By accessing the GPU Goblins terminal, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you are jacking into a decentralized silicon‑harvesting environment operated by the GPU Goblins collective (“GPU Goblins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Users are responsible for their own vault security protocols and on‑chain actions at all times.

Any attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or perform unauthorized decryption of the core governance logs, smart contracts, or network infrastructure is strictly prohibited. All activity is subject to network‑level consensus and on‑chain transparency.
Access to the Services is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available,” with no guarantee of uptime, feature continuity, token value, or ecosystem stability.

• You are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.

• You are not accessing the Services from any jurisdiction where such use would be illegal or would subject GPU Goblins to additional registration or licensing requirements.

You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to your digital asset activities.

• Securing your own hardware, wallets, keys, and network setups.

• Verifying contract addresses, transaction details, and any third‑party tools you choose to use.

We cannot recover lost private keys, reverse on‑chain transactions, or undo interactions with smart contracts.

Operating within the GPU Goblins network involves high‑level speculative volatility. Goblins and associated digital assets are subject to:

• Smart contract anomalies or exploits

• Validator or network outages

Users acknowledge that all simulated narratives, lore events, airdrops, token swaps, and other experimental mechanics are executed at absolute personal risk within the unverified digital crypt. You should never deploy capital you cannot afford to lose entirely.
By proceeding, you accept full responsibility for any loss of funds, opportunity cost, or digital debris generated by your interactions with the GPU Goblins ecosystem.

• Compromise of wallets, private keys, or seed phrases

• Use or misuse of any information provided through the Services

If any liability is found despite the above, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Services will be limited to the amount (if any) you have paid directly to us for access to the Services, excluding any amounts you have spent acquiring, holding, or trading tokens.

GPU Goblins does not control the Solana blockchain, wallets, decentralized exchanges, or other third‑party infrastructure used to trade or store tokens, and is not responsible for their performance, security, or availability.

The terminal may reference or link to third‑party smart contracts, DEXs (including but not limited to Jupiter, Meteora, or others), explorers, bots, analytics dashboards, or social platforms. These are provided only as a convenience and do not constitute endorsement or warranty.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of any third‑party services. Your interactions with such services are entirely at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
 
Intellectual Property & Content

The GPU Goblins brand, artwork, lore, copy, site design, and original content are owned by their respective creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use GPU Goblins trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without our prior written permission. Fan art, memes, and community content are welcome but remain subject to applicable IP and platform rules.
 
Changes to the Terminal & Terms
 
The GPU Goblins stack is by design mutable and experimental. We may upgrade, fork, pause, or sunset parts of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We may also revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the terminal after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
 
Governing Law & Jurisdiction – California
 
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Subject to any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable law, you agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
 
Termination of Access
 
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revoke your access to the terminal or Services at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the ecosystem, or engaging in unlawful or malicious behavior.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law provisions).
